Article 2   Scope of application

、工勤技能人员竞聘管理岗位、专业技术岗位的岗位竞聘程序按学校人员聘用的程序和要求进行,具体参照《鄂州职业大学管理岗位设置与人员聘用工作实施细则》和《鄂州职业大学专业技术岗位设置与人员聘用工作实施细则》。 1. 竞聘管理岗位、专业技术岗位工作,在学校聘用工作领导小组的领导下组织实施。 (1) Competing for management positions and professional and technical positions, organized and implemented under the leadership of the school's employment leadership team.

愿意竞聘管理岗位、专业技术岗位的工勤技能人员,在学校竞聘上岗的时间要求范围内,将学校下发的竞岗表,以及本人的学历、身份证复印件一并交人事处。 (2) Work-skilled personnel who are willing to compete for management positions, professional and technical positions, and submit the competition form issued by the school to the personnel office together with the copy of their academic qualifications and ID cards within the time required for the school to compete for employment.

人事处按照学校相关文件规定的条件对申请人进行资格审查。 (3) The personnel office shall conduct qualification examination on applicants in accordance with the conditions stipulated in relevant school documents.

对符合条件、申请竞聘管理岗位、专业技术岗位的工勤技能人员,由人事处给其发放“竞聘管理岗位、专业技术岗位竞岗表”,竞聘人员按学校文件规定的程序和要求竞聘相应岗位。 (4) Personnel who are qualified to apply for management positions, professional and technical positions, will be issued a "competition form for management positions, professional and technical positions" by the personnel office, and the candidates will be recruited in accordance with the procedures and requirements stipulated in the school documents. 竞聘上管理岗位的工勤技能人员,按学校相关文件精神和有关通知要求,参加学校一般行政职务的评审认定;竞聘上专业技术岗位的工勤技能人员,按国家、湖北省相关政策,参加专业技术职务资格的评审认定。 (1) Work-skilled personnel competing for management positions shall participate in the review and determination of general administrative positions in schools in accordance with the spirit of relevant documents of the school and relevant notification requirements; Work-skilled personnel competing for professional and technical positions shall be in accordance with relevant policies of the state and Hubei Province , Participate in the assessment of professional and technical qualifications.

竞聘上管理岗位、专业技术岗位的工勤技能人员,在未取得相应职务资格时,先按本人竞聘上岗的岗位“员”级职务等级兑现工资待遇。 (2) For those skilled in work and technical personnel who compete for managerial positions and professional and technical positions, if they have not obtained the corresponding job qualifications, they will first be paid at the "staff" level of the position in which they are competing for the job. In the future, they will participate in the declaration and review of the corresponding general administrative positions or professional and technical positions in accordance with relevant policies. After being promoted to the corresponding positions, they will be appointed according to the relevant policies, signing employment contracts, and fulfilling the corresponding position benefits.

关于受聘在管理岗位或专业技术岗位工作的原工勤技能人员,其退休手续和待遇按省、市和学校相关规定执行。 (3) Retirement procedures and benefits of former industrial and technical personnel employed in management positions or professional and technical positions shall be implemented in accordance with the relevant regulations of the province, city and school.

Fives   Supplementary clause

Article 6   These Measures shall be implemented from the date of promulgation. If any previous provisions conflict with these Measures, these Measures shall prevail.

Article 7   The interpretation of these measures rests with the Personnel Office and the Academic Affairs Office.
